The invention discloses a eutrophic water in-situ remediation device which is simple in structure, convenient to use, light in weight and capable of avoiding secondary pollution. The device comprises a solar cell panel, a storage battery, an air pump, a controller, a time switch, a guide cylinder, a suspension carrier, an aeration disk, a biological floating island, an air guide pipe and a lead screw, wherein the lower portion of the suspension carrier is communicated with the guide cylinder under the influence of the lead screw and provides main buoyancy by the aid of a floating island system, the air pump is installed in the cavity of the carrier, a solar cell is located on the upper surface of the carrier, the aeration disk is arranged at the bottom of the guide cylinder and is connected with the air pump through the air guide pipe, and both the upper portion and the lower portion of the guide cylinder are designed into an expanding shape. According to the device, the solar cell is used, driving, flow production, aeration and oxygen filling are achieved under the condition of no secondary pollution, the algae outbreak is prevented, the organic-matter degradation of water is promoted, the biological floating island comprises aquatic plants, special strains and fillers, and the in-situ remediation of water is achieved.
