The testing device mainly comprises a testing bracket, a water supplying device, a control device, a spraying device, a stockpiling device, a measuring device and a liquid collecting device, wherein the water supplying device comprises a water pipe, a water storage groove and a water pump; the control device comprises a main control valve, an automatic timing switch, a flow meter, a pressure meter and a secondary control valve; the spraying device comprises a water feeding pipeline, spraying heads and a branch control valve; the stockpiling device comprises a paste stockpiling groove, a moving shaft at the bottom of a groove body, an angle adjusting shaft at the top of the groove body and limiting holes; the liquid collecting device comprises a liquid collecting groove and a liquid collecting barrel; the testing device comprises a TDR (Time-Delay Relay) probe, a data line and a data storage; the surface of an internal steel plate of the stockpiling groove body is provided with a diamond pattern, and the upper part of a side steel plate at the bottom of the stockpiling groove body is provided with a water discharging hole.
