Abstract

The invention relates to a data transmission method based on an intelligent contract, which comprises the following steps that: a data source encrypts the to-be-transmitted data based on a first mechanism to form encrypted data and sends the encrypted data to an intelligent contract end; the intelligent contract end decrypts the encrypted data on the basis of a second mechanism corresponding to the first mechanism to form decrypted data and processes the decrypted data by using at least one logic unit to form result data; and the intelligent contract end sends the result data to a data-relatedparty, wherein the at least one logic unit executes an instruction set to achieve contract logic, and the instruction set is stored in a block chain. Due to the fact that the contract logic implemented by the intelligent contract end is safe, reliable and irreversible, only the result data can be obtained by the data-related party, and the transmitted original data can be completely shielded fromthe data-related party and any other external parties.
