The method comprises the following steps of: selecting apre-selected grid-connection photovoltaic power station, obtaining a photovoltaic power station cluster, and obtaining data of the photovoltaic power station cluster and historical output data of allthe photovoltaic power stations in the photovoltaic power station cluster; selecting daily output feature indexes of the photovoltaic power stations, and calculating all the daily output feature index values of each photovoltaic power station; performing division of the daily output feature indexes of the photovoltaic power stations to obtain sub-period output feature index values; setting weights of all the feature index values to obtain the grid-connection and grid-retraction impact coefficient of each photovoltaic power station, and performing pre-selection of the photovoltaic power stations with grid-connection and grid-retraction according to the grid-connection and grid-retraction impact coefficients; and according to the final photovoltaic power station cluster, calculating an output feature index value of a current photovoltaic power station cluster to perform assessment of a current power grid and obtain a final grid-connection and grid-retraction selection result.
