Abstract

The invention provides an electronization implementation method and equipment of insurance business letter files as well as a storage medium. The method comprises steps as follows: whether a businessletter file acquisition request is received is detected, and if the business letter file acquisition request is detected, a business letter file is sent to a corresponding client; feedback information, corresponding to the business letter file, sent by the client is received, a preset business letter file template is filled with the feedback information, and the business letter file template is converted into a file in a required format; the file in the required format and a prestored return file corresponding to the file in the required format are sent to the corresponding client; when the electronic signature confirmed file in the required format is detected to be added and the electronic signature confirmed return file is detected to be added, a case corresponding to the business letterfiles is cancelled. Electronization of the business letter files is realized, printing of paper business letter files is not required, a large amount of cost is saved, a user can check and sign in the files on an APP client, automatic cancelling can be completed after signature, and the service efficiency is improved.
