Abstract

The invention relates to the fields of equipment fault prediction and equipment maintenance decision making, and particularly relates to a ZJ17 cigarette equipment maintenance intelligent prediction method based on a fuzzy mathematics improved hierarchical analysis method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) acquiring historical operation data of the cigarette equipment; 2) establishing afuzzy mathematics improved hierarchical analysis method prediction model according to the fault tree expert knowledge and the historical operation data, so as to predict the potential fault trend ofthe cigarette equipment; 3) acquiring the current running state of the cigarette equipment, calculating the comprehensive index information of the weighted failure equipment for the daily equipment fault data by the improved fuzzy hierarchical analysis method model; 4) utilizing the calculated comprehensive index to identify the degradation tendency, judging the trend and calculating a comprehensive maintenance threshold; 5) determining which faults have the degradation trend according to the fault threshold value in combination with the maintenance expert database, and determining whether itreaches or exceeds the maintenance threshold; and 6) generating the maintenance decision-making information, and determining the equipment part that has to be treated.
