The interior of each cell unit comprises multiple serially connected single lithium battery, an isolation charger and a resistive heating device. The serially connected lithium batteries are parallelly connected with the isolation charger and the resistive heating device. The resistive heating device is used for improving low-temperature working performance of the lithium batteries. Theisolation charger is used for charging the lithium batteries.
