The method comprises the steps of: performing semantic analysis on a input control voice to determine user requirement, wherein the user requirement comprises at least one of an operation page, an operation object and an operation type that the user needs to operate; if the user requirement is to operate on the current page of the panoramic content, performing image recognition on the current page to find out whether there is an entity matched with the operation object in the current page; and if there is an entity matched with the operation object in the current page, operating the matched entity according to an interaction behavior rule and an operation type in the current page. The embodiment of the invention provides a more natural and intelligent interactive experience for users, mades up a blank of the voice in panorama view, and saves usage steps of the users and more accurately satisfies the user requirement.
