Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly aluminum alloy waterborne cutting fluid, belonging to the technical field of metal protection. According to the invention, vegetable oil, lipase, polyaspartic acid, a surfactant, sodium D-gluconate, sodium molybdate, zinc sulfate, organic acid, a modifying additive, carbomer, a chelating agent and water are mixed under stirring, then isocyanate is added, and performing mixing under stirring is performed so as to obtain the environment-friendly aluminum alloy waterborne cutting fluid. The modifying additive is prepared by mixing (N-amidino)dodecylacrylamide with methoxypolyethylene glycol according to a mass ratio of 1: 1 to 2: 1, adding p-dichlorobenzene accounting for 0.1 to 0.2 time the mass of a polyethylene glycol derivative and ferroceneaccounting for 0.07 to 0.10 time the mass of the polyethylene glycol derivative, and performing mixing under stirring. The environment-friendly aluminum alloy waterborne cutting fluid provided by theinvention has excellent lubricating effect, cooling effect and rust prevention performance.
