The method comprises the following steps of: receiving a claim settlement request sent by a terminal; carrying user information with the claim settlement request; obtaining the claim settlement information corresponding to the user according to the user information; obtaining aset of splitting rules; traversing the set of splitting rules to match the corresponding splitting rules for the claim settlement information; and obtaining the claim settlement interface corresponding to the splitting rules to return to the terminal. The image file uploaded by the receiving terminal from the claim settlement interface is provided with a file identification; obtaining a coordinate value of the sensitive information according to the file identification; determining a sensitive information region in the image file according to the coordinate value of the sensitive information;desensitization of sensitive information is performed according to the sensitive information area to obtain desensitized image files.
