By adopting the scheme provided by the invention, in the similar time period which is adjacent to the current time period and has the same time attribute after the current time period, even if the generated power, the electricity utilization power, the electric quantity in the energy storage system and the electricity price are unbalanced, the increase of the power generation cost of the photovoltaic power can be avoided as much as possible.
