Abstract

The invention relates to a column plate temperature based distillation process global concentration online observer and method. The observer comprises temperature measuring devices, a local temperature measuring point offline selection analyzing module, a data storage device and a global concentration online observer. The local temperature measuring point offline selection analyzing module and thedata storage device are connected with the temperature measuring devices which are connected with a distillation column, and the global concentration online observer is connected with the data storage device. The local temperature measuring point offline selection analyzing module comprises a concentration distribution description module for generating analysis data, a concentration / temperature conversion module for converting concentration data into temperature data, a sensitivity matrix analysis module for first measuring point selection and a to-be-selected column plate correlation analysis module for selecting measuring points not exceeding concentration distribution parameter quantity. By local temperature measuring point selection analysis of the distillation column, online observation of material concentrations of all column plates can be realized through mounting of temperature measuring devices at limited column plate positions, and high accuracy in global concentration observation, small mounting quantity of the measuring devices and low cost are realized.
