Abstract

The driving tube MN2 and the switching tube MN1 are both N-type MOS tubes. The drain electrode of the switch tube MP2 is connected withthe positive end of an input voltage source Vdata. The source electrode of the switch tube MP2, the grid electrode of the driving tube MN2 and the drain electrode of the switch tube MN1 are all connected with one end of the capacitor C2, the source electrode of the switch tube MN1 is connected with the ground GND, and the grid electrode of the switch tube MN1 is connected with an external controlsignal SEL1. The grid electrode of the switch tube MP2 is connected with a row selection control signal SEL2.
