The state evaluation method comprises the following steps of analyzing a possibility factor of danger occurrence of the comprehensive pipe gallery, and analyzing an influence degree factor after the danger occurrence of the comprehensive pipe gallery; according to the possibility factor of dangeroccurrence of the utility tunnel and the influence degree factor after danger occurrence, carrying out hierarchical division on the possibility of danger occurrence and the influence degree after danger occurrence respectively; respectively calculating the comprehensive weight of the possibility factor to the danger possibility P1 and the comprehensive weight of the influence degree factor to thedanger influence degree P2 by adopting an analytic hierarchy process; carrying out expert scoring on each possibility factor and each influence degree factor, and respectively calculating a danger possibility P1 and a danger influence degree P2; and calculating a state comprehensive score R of the comprehensive pipe gallery by using the danger possibility P1 and the danger influence degree P2.
