The invention provides a full-duplex active
phased array antenna radio frequency link
system and a method for determining transmit-receive isolation. An emission
phased array system radio frequency link is composed of an emission
antenna array plane, a resistance receiving filter, a power
amplifier, a phase shifter, a one-to-M power divider, a driving power
amplifier and a one-to-N power divider. A receiving
phased array system radio frequency link is composed of a receiving
antenna array plane, a resistance sending filter, a lower-
noise amplifier, a phase shifter, a P-to-one synthesizer, a driving low-
noise amplifier and a Q-to-one synthesizer. The method comprises the steps of: firstly extracting
voltage scattering vectors, then calculating the power coupled to the receiving phased array system
radio frequency link, and determining the isolation of the resistance sending filter; in addition, calculating total heat noises coupled from the emission phased array system radio frequency link to the receiving
antenna array plane, and determining the isolation of the resistance receiving filter. The full-duplex active phased array
antenna radio frequency link system and the method for determining the transmit-receive isolation solve the problems in the prior art that the isolation is designed according to design experience, the design balance is large, and the design difficulties of the resistance receiving filter and the resistance sending filter are increased.
