Abstract

The invention provides a detection method for an initial position of a rotor in a static state of a PMSM. A voltage vector is injected along the direction of a random phase of stator, and proper voltage pulse injection time is determined; a pair of basic space voltage vectors in positive and negative directions is injected to the PMSM in the static state along the direction of each of three phasesof stators, and a three-phase current value of the PMSM is detected and recorded the moment that a pulse effect of each basic space voltage vector ends; and current values, obtained by sampling, of each phase are accumulated algebraically, and an angle of the initial position of the rotor of the PMSM is calculated according to a formula. The method does not needs a lot of data operation, a realization algorithm is simple, steps are simple, realization is easy, and the engineering practicality is higher; the method is not limited by the saliency of the rotor, and can be widely applied to surface-mounted and embedded PMSMs.
