The method comprises the following steps: receiving at least one data downloading request sent by at least one client, the at least one data downloading request being used for requesting to download data with different attributes;according to the attribute of the data requested to be downloaded, the priority of each data downloading request is determined, different data correspond to different priorities, and different priorities correspond to different execution sequences; and executing the at least one data downloading request according to the execution sequence determined by the priority, and returning an execution result to the corresponding client. According to the embodiment of the invention, the data reading requirement of the high-priority data downloading request can be preferentially met, the jamming is reduced, then the data reading requirement of the low-priority data downloading request is met, and the resource waste is reduced.
