Embodiment Construction

[0065] In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the solution of the present application, the technical solution in the embodiment of the application will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in the embodiment of the application. Obviously, the described embodiment is only It is a part of the embodiments of this application, not all of them. Based on the embodiments in this application, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the scope of protection of this application.

[0066] At present, the biological function of the protein is usually determined by analyzing the three-dimensional structure of the protein, but for IDPs whose three-dimensional structure is uncertain, the biological function cannot be determined through the analysis of the three-dimensional structure. The inventors have found through research that MoRFs fragments ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a MoRFs prediction model generation method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps: acquiring a plurality of MoRFs segments and a plurality of non-MoRFs segments, wherein each MoRFs segment consists of a plurality of first sites, and each non-MoRFs segment comprises a plurality of second sites; extracting a first feature vector corresponding to each first site and a second feature vector corresponding to each second site; and training a pre-constructed initial prediction model by using the first feature vectors and the second feature vectors to generate a target prediction model which is used for predicting whether a site in a protein belongs to the MoRFs fragments or not. In this way, by means of the target prediction model, sites, belonging to the MoRFs fragments, in proteins can be conveniently, rapidly and accurately predicted.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of biological information technology, in particular to a molecular recognition feature (English: Molecular Recognition Features, referred to as: MoRFs) prediction model generation method and device, and a MoRFs prediction method, device, equipment and storage medium. Background technique [0002] Generally, some proteins can be folded and wound to form a specific three-dimensional structure under natural conditions, and the biological function of the protein can be analyzed and determined according to the three-dimensional structure of the protein; while other proteins cannot form a definite three-dimensional structure under natural conditions. Such proteins are called intrinsically disordered proteins (English: Intrinsically Disordered Proteins, referred to as: IDPs). Due to the uncertainty of the three-dimensional structure of the IDPs, it is impossible to determine the biological function by analyzing its...
