The method comprises the steps that a noise simulation model is established according to input fuel tank data of a vehicle; wherein the fuel tank data at least comprises bandage data, shock pad data and washboard data; fuel tank shell surface vibration data correspondingly output by the noise simulation model and node counterforce of the surface of a shock pad and a bandage mounting point are obtained according to input boundary conditions; wherein the boundary condition comprises an oil tank liquid level and a driving working condition; and based on a preset calculation rule, according to the surface vibration data of the fuel tank shell and the node counterforce of the surface of the shock pad and the bandage mounting point, a fuel shaking noise value is obtained. According to the fuel oil shake noise simulation analysis method and platform and the computer storage medium provided by the invention, the fuel oil shake noise can be quickly and accurately predicted under the condition that the whole vehicle data is not needed, the vehicle research and development efficiency is improved, and the vehicle research and development cost is reduced.
