The method comprises the following steps: S1, selectingintelligent gateway equipment; S2, installing an SIM card; S3, achieving integrated installation of multiple paths of intelligent cooperative gateways; S4, integrated installation of a transmission antenna; S5 achieving signal connection and transmission, according to the invention, the multi-path intelligent cooperative gateway is integrated on the intelligent police car; the placing position isa spare wheel position of an automobile trunk; the antenna is integrated on a roof; a high-speed stable network is provided for equipment, needing network transmission, of a vehicle-mounted server. The multi-path intelligent cooperative gateway is connected to the cloud; one to eight 4GSIM cards can be installed in the multipath 4G intelligent cooperative gateway, and transmission is greatly improved through intelligent fault tolerance and synchronization and can be improved to about five times of the speed of the original path at most, so that the problem of insufficient transmission bandwidth of multipath videos is solved, the data transmission capability is improved, and the stability of video transmission is ensured.
