A micro-nano structure is electrochemically deposited on the surface of the foam metal; and the phase change cold storage material is attached to the surface of the foam metal deposited with the micro-nano structure. The foam metal has a micro-nano structure,and the micro-nano structure can increase the heat transfer contact area of the foam metal, can improve the heat conduction of the foam metal and can strengthen the heat transfer process of the phasechange cold storage material. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the micro-nano structure can provide a large number of crystal nucleation sites when the material is solidified, solid-phase crystals canbe adsorbed to the surface of the structure more easily, and the supercooling problem of an existing cold storage material is solved.
