Abstract

The invention discloses an evaluation system based on airborne effluent monitoring data of nuclear facilities. The system comprises an airborne effluent discharge information base which is used for storing the name and discharge port information of a nuclear facility unit, an effluent monitoring method information base used for storing analysis and measurement methods, monitoring instruments, monitoring instrument detection limits and monitoring time used for nuclide monitoring and sampling, an airborne effluent database used for storing monitoring data of each year of each discharge port of each facility, and an effluent monitoring and evaluating database used for calculating the public dose caused by each nuclide based on the airborne effluent discharge information base, the effluent monitoring method information base and the airborne effluent database. Through the airborne effluent discharge information base and the effluent monitoring method information base, storage of airborne effluent discharge data of various discharge ports of nuclear facilities and estimation of the total discharge amount can be completed, and public radiation influences caused by a single discharge portand all discharge ports of multiple facilities can be achieved through the airborne effluent database.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of radiation environmental impact assessment, in particular to an assessment system based on monitoring data of airborne effluents of nuclear facilities. Background technique [0002] The discharge of radioactive pollutants during the operation of nuclear facilities should not exceed the discharge limit approved by the regulatory authority. The total discharge amount applied for by nuclear facilities will be used as the management target value for the actual operation of the facilities. [0003] In the review and management of nuclear facilities, it is required that the total discharge of radioactive effluents should be proposed in the environmental impact assessment report of the site selection, construction and operation stages of nuclear facilities, and gradually optimized. During the environmental impact assessment of nuclear facilities during the site selection, construction, and operation stages, based on the e...
