Abstract
The invention relates to a duck novel micro ribonucleic acid virus loop-mediated isothermal amplification detection primer group and a kit. According to the method, a primer group is designed according to a duck novel micro ribonucleic acid virus genome conserved sequence, wherein the primer group comprises outer primers (DUMV-F3 and DUMV-B3), inner primers (DUMV-FIP and DUMV-BIP) and a loop primer (DUMV-LB). The specific sequences are as shown in SEQ ID NO.1-5. The duck novel micro ribonucleic acid virus loop-mediated isothermal amplification detection primer group and the kit are establishedaccording to the designed primer group. A detection method of the kit has no cross reaction with pathogens of common infectious diseases of ducks. The detection method disclosed by the invention is strong in specificity, good in accuracy, high in sensitivity, free of expensive instruments and equipment, convenient for basic clinical field use, convenient and rapid.
