Abstract

The invention provides an EMM-8 aluminum phosphate molecular sieve and a preparation method thereof, and relates to an application of the EMM-8 aluminum phosphate molecular sieve. The EMM-8 aluminum phosphate molecular sieve can be used for realizing adsorption heat storage, a heat pump and refrigeration at low temperature. The EMM-8 aluminum phosphate molecular sieve provided by the invention is synthesized under a hydrothermal condition by taking 4-DMAPy(4-dimethylaminopyridine) as a template agent, HF as a mineralizer and a phosphorus source and an aluminum source adopted by conventional molecular sieve synthesis as raw materials. The synthesized molecular sieve isroasted in air at the temperature of 550-600 DEG C for 6 hours to remove the template, and water adsorption tests is carried out on the molecular sieve without the template at different temperatures and different partial pressures to obtain adsorption isotherms at different temperatures. Thermodynamic calculation is carried out according to the adsorption isotherms, and the heat storage capacity, the heat pump performance and the refrigeration performance of an air conditioner and a refrigerator are evaluated.
