The method comprises the steps that after two record lists needing data consistency verification are subjected to the same sorting processing according to the same unique identification column, respectively taking out the first elements of the two record lists, comparing the sizes of the unique identifiers of the first elements until no residual elements exist in any list, putting the first element with the large unique identifier back to the original queue, and storing the first element with the small unique identifier into a verification result table in a classified manner; performing data consistency verification on each element in the two record lists, wherein a verification result table comprises a first result of the elements only in the first record list and a second result of the elements only in the second record list.
