The SNP molecular marker corresponds to a point mutation at the NC_006088.5: 25921381 site in the chicken MDFIC gene, and the SNP mutation site 25921381: C>T, and there are three genotypes of CC, CT and TT. Experiments verified that the CC genotype individuals at this mutation site showed the highest carcass weight, half evisceration weight, full evisceration weight, the shortest shank length, and body oblique length, while the CT genotype individuals showed the lowest carcass weight, half evisceration weight, and half evisceration weight.
