Through a chance constraint planning method, the state of charge when the electric vehicle leaves reaches the SOC expected by a user, and the voltage range of a power grid is set as soft constraint, so that the soft constraint meets a certain confidence level, and the flexibility of charging and discharging behaviors of the electric vehicle is utilized to cope with the random fluctuation of renewable energy output. And under the condition of ensuring the travel demand of the electric vehicle user, the optimization of the target function is realized.
