Abstract

According to the technical scheme, when the user equipment is in network redirection, a target cell is searched on a target frequency point specified by a network side; and if the public land mobile network PLMN of the target cell is an unidentified PLMN, the user equipment takes the target cell as a cell of an equivalent public land mobile network EPLMN, and initiates network registration to the target cell.
