Problems solved by technology

There are still patients with hypothermia. In addition to the method of external heating, it is also very important to clarify the mechanism of perioperative hypothermia. However, the mechanism of perioperative hypothermia is still unclear. Is there any drug that can prevent and reduce the occurrence of hypothermia? rate and extent? Therefore, it is urgent to elucidate the pathogenesis of general anesthesia-induced hypothermia and find effective treatment strategies

Abstract

The invention discloses application of remazolam in prevention of hypothermia and shivering in a perioperative period. The applicant finds that shivering and hypothermia of patients of a remazolam administration group after spinal canal anesthesia are obviously reduced compared with those of a blank control group in the earlier stage, and animal experiments are designed for further verification. The research result of the invention provides an effective treatment scheme for reducing the hypothermia in the perioperative period for clinic.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biomedicine and relates to the application of remazolam in preventing hypothermia and chills in the perioperative period. Background technique [0002] Perioperative hypothermia was defined as a perioperative decrease in body temperature to less than 36.0°C. The incidence of perioperative hypothermia was 78.6%. The incidence of hypothermia was 56.6% within 2 hours and 100% after 2 hours. High American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) scores, class 3-4 procedures, endoscopic procedures, anesthesia time greater than 2 hours, no warming of intravenous and flushing fluids, and infusion or flushing greater than 1000 mL significantly increased the incidence of hypothermia. Notably, a 1°C decrease in core temperature (ie, 2.7% lower than normal) was associated with a variety of adverse effects, including increased transfusion requirements, coagulation disorders, myocardial hypoxia and arrhythmias, prolonged recovery t...
