Abstract

An energy storage module may include a first energy storage device and a second energy storage device, each energy storage device including an electrode assembly, an outer member housing the electrode assembly therein, and an electrode lead bonded to an electrode disposed in the electrode assembly, wherein the first energy storage device and the second energy storage device are stacked in a vertical direction (V) such that the positive electrode lead of the first energy storage device and the negative electrode lead of the second energy storage device are electrically connected to each other.
