Problems solved by technology

[0004] In addition, since the car guide rail and the counterweight guide rail are usually arranged between the car suspension wheel and the counterweight suspension wheel, in order to ensure the installation space of the traction machine, the horizontal cross-sectional area in the hoistway must be enlarged. The limit of the settable range hinders the reduction of the space in the hoistway

Embodiment approach 1

[0018] figure 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the elevator apparatus according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, figure 2 yes means figure 1 A transverse cross-sectional view of the elevator installation in .

[0019] In the drawing, a pair of car guide rails 2a, 2b and a pair of counterweight guide rails 3a, 3b are provided in a hoistway 1 . The car 4 is arranged between the car guide rails 2a, 2b, and the counterweight 5 is arranged between the counterweight guide rails 3a, 3b. The car 4 is guided up and down in the hoistway 1 by the car guide rails 2a and 2b. The counterweight 5 is guided up and down in the hoistway 1 by the counterweight guide rails 3a, 3b.

[0020] in addition, figure 1 and figure 2 The elevator device shown is such a counterweight side drop elevator device: in the vertical projection plane of the hoistway 1, the car 4 and the counterweight 5 are adjacent to each other in the frontal width direction of the car 4 . In additio...

In addition, in the vertical projection plane of the hoistway 1, the straight line connecting the counterweight guide rails 3a, 3b is parallel to the straight line connecting the car guide rails 2a, 2b ( Figure 4 ).

[0033]The support member 6 is fixed to the upper part of counterweight guide rail 3a, 3b. The drive device 7 is supported by the support member 6 . The driving device 7 has a driving device main body 8 and a driving sheave 9 rotated by the driving device main body 8 . In addition, in the ve...

Embodiment approach 3

[0040] Figure 5 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an elevator apparatus according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention, Figure 6 yes means Figure 5 A transverse cross-sectional view of the elevator installation in . In this example, a pair of return pulleys, that is, a first return pulley 31 and a second return pulley 32 are provided on the upper portion of the hoistway 1 . In the vertical projection plane of hoistway 1, the 1st reverse sheave 31 and the 2nd reverse sheave 32 are arranged outside the respective areas of car 4 and counterweight 5 ( Figure 6 ). The axes of the first and second return pulleys 31 and 32 are perpendicular to the axis of the deflector pulley 21 . In addition, in the vertical projection plane of the hoistway 1, the straight line connecting the respective centers of the first anti-sheave 31 and the second anti-sheave 32 is perpendicular to the straight line connecting the respective centers of the drive sheave 9 and the deflection s...

Abstract

An elevator has a drive device disposed in the elevator shaft. The drive device is provided with a rotatable drive sheave. In the elevator shaft, a deflector wheel is also disposed with a spacing to the drive sheave. A main rope for suspending a cage and a counterweight is run on the drive sheave and the deflector wheel. The drive device and the deflector wheel are arranged outside the region of the cage in the vertical projection plane of the elevator shaft. Horizontal cross-sectional area of the elevator shaft can be reduced by adjusting the positions of the drive device and the deflector wheel.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an elevator apparatus (so-called machine-room-less elevator apparatus) in which a driving device (tractor) for raising and lowering a car and a counterweight is arranged in a hoistway. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, in order to reduce the space occupied by elevators in buildings, so-called machine-room-less elevators have been proposed in which a traction machine is arranged in a hoistway. In the conventional machine-room-less elevator apparatus disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2593288, the traction machine is arranged at the upper part in the hoistway, and the traction machine is arranged outside the car area on the vertical projection plane of the hoistway. The main rope for suspending the car and the counterweight is wound around the driving sheave of the traction machine. A pair of car hanging wheels are arranged at the bottom of the car. Also, a counterweight suspension wheel is provided on the upp...
