A put-in / take-out permission portion 14A is provided in a top part of the wrapping portion 12, the put-in / take-out permission portion 14A being opened so as to allow the baby / toddler to be put into, or taken out from, the wrapping portion 12; and a contraction urging portion 15 is provided, in a put-in / take-out permission edge portion 14 located at an edge of the put-in / take-out permission portion 14A, for urging the put-in / take-out permission edge portion 14 in a contracting direction to hold the baby / toddler in the wrapping portion 12.
