Benefits of technology

The patent is about a new kind of label for household items that can be placed inside refrigerators or drawers. The label has patterns that help users know what the item is and what it's meant for. This makes it easier for users to organize and find the items they need, improving the usability of the drawer. Overall, the label helps to make the items more convenient and easy to use.

Problems solved by technology

This often creates difficulty for other people to find out or get the goods 5 needed.
However, the external hanging tag is easily damaged and dropping off when the drawer cart 1 is moved around.
Hence it still cannot fully meet use requirements.

Embodiment Construction

[0015]Please refer to FIGS. 2 and 3, the present invention aims to provide a drawer cart 10 which includes a cart 20 and a plurality of drawers 30 made by injection molding. Each drawer 30 has a housing compartment 31 opened upward and a display surface 32. The drawer 30 is slidably mounted onto the cart 20 with the display surface 32 exposed outwards. The display surface 32 has an in-mold label 40 formed thereon during the injection molding.

[0016]The cart 20 also has a plurality of slide tracks 21 to slidably hold the drawers 30 thereon and allow the drawers 30 to be drawn away from the cart 20 to expose the housing compartments 31. The display surface 32 further has at least one retainer 33 corresponding to each slide track 21 to prevent the drawer 30 from sliding too deep into the slide track 21, thereby the position of the drawer 30 can be confined. The display surface 32 also can have a grip knob 34 to facilitate gripping by a user's hand to draw the drawer 30.

Abstract

A drawer cart with in-mold labels includes a cart and a plurality of drawers made by injection molding. Each drawer has a housing compartment opened upward and a display surface. The drawers are slidably mounted onto the cart with the display surfaces exposed outwards and can be partially drawn away from the cart to expose the housing compartment. The display surface contains an in-mold label formed during the injection molding. The in-mold label has patterns for indication and visual aesthetic, and also facilitating classification of goods held in the drawers. The patterns on the in-mold label can be designed differently in response to varying display surfaces and can be combined to form a whole pattern to enhance total design sense and meet use requirements.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION[0001]The present invention relates to a drawer cart and particularly to a drawer cart with display surfaces for indication and aesthetic.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION[0002]A conventional drawer cart 1, referring to FIG. 1, mainly includes a cart 2 and a plurality of drawers 3. Each drawer 3 has a housing compartment 4 opened upward. The drawers 3 are slidably mounted onto the cart 2 and can be drawn partially away from the cart 2 to expose the housing compartment 4 to allow users to load various goods 5 (such as hand tools) into the housing compartment 4. The cart 2 can be moved around as required to facilitate the users to fetch the goods 5 from the housing compartment 4.[0003]The conventional drawer cart 1 usually is shared by many people, and the display surface 6 of each drawer 3 does not have any notation or symbol. Users often do not know which housing compartment 4 of which drawer 3 to return the goods 5 after finish of using. As a result the returned goo...
