[0012]As illustrate in the embodiment blow, shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3 a hooded apparel 10, having a hood portion 12 and a body portion 8, the hooded portion 12 having a transparent portion 14 on both sides at eye level, for a broader peripheral vision.
