In the schematic diagram of an embodiment of the present application ( Figure 8 ), the number of the connecting parts 45 is two as an example for illustration. The two connecting parts 45 are arranged at intervals from each other, and the two connecting parts 45 are arranged opposite to each other.
[0080] Optionally, the connecting portion 45 and the bearing portion 43 are integrally formed.
[0081] In this embodiment, when the circuit board 21 is attached with a plurality of field effect transistors 22 and the plurality of field effect transistors 22 are distributed in different positions, the pressing sheet 40 simultaneously presses the field effect transistors 22 by setting a plurality of the bearing parts 43, so that the charger 1 does not need to set a plurality of pressing sheets 40, and only needs to set a single pressing sheet 40 to achieve the pressing of a plurality of groups of field effect transistors 22, thereby facilitating the assembly of the pressing sheet 40, simplifying the assembly process of the charger 1, and improving the assembly efficiency of the charger 1. Furthermore, one end of the connecting portion 45 is connected to one of the two bearing parts 43, and the other end of the connecting portion 45 is connected to the other of the two bearing parts 43. In other words, the connecting portion 45 is sandwiched between the two bearing parts 43 and connects the two bearing parts 43. And two connecting parts 45 are connected between the two bearing parts 43, so that the pressing plate 40 can be stably supported on the circuit board 21, so that the pressing plate 40 has a structure similar to a "bridge shape", which effectively improves the structural stability and reliability of the pressing plate 40.
[0082] See also Fig.11 , Fig.11 1 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the pressing sheet of the third embodiment of the present application. The bearing portion 43 and the spring portion 44 are separate structures, the spring portion 44 is arranged on the side of the bearing portion 43 adjacent to the power component 20, the pressing sheet 40 includes at least four connecting portions 45, and two of the connecting portions 45 are arranged on opposite sides of the bearing portion 43, and the two connecting portions 45 are cross-arranged and arranged adjacent to the central axis of the bearing portion 43.
[0083] Optionally, the bearing portion 43 and the spring portion 44 are separate structures. Specifically, the shape of the bearing portion 43 is similar to a bridge-shaped crossbeam, and the spring portion 44 is arranged on a side of the bearing portion 43 adjacent to the power component 20. In this embodiment, the spring portion 44 and the bearing portion 43 can be made of different materials. For example, the bearing portion 43 can be made of a material with higher strength such as a die casting or a sheet metal part, so that the strength of the bearing portion 43 can be adjusted and the deformation of the bearing portion 43 can be reduced. The material of the spring portion 44 can be a material with higher yield strength such as 65Mn spring steel, SK7 spring steel, or SUS301 stainless steel, and the thickness of the spring portion 44 can be adjusted to ensure that the pressing force of multiple spring portions 44 on the field effect tube remains consistent.
[0084] Optionally, when the bearing portion 43 and the spring sheet portion 44 are separate structures, the fixing method of the bearing portion 43 and the spring sheet portion 44 includes but is not limited to resistance welding, screw connection, or riveting, so that the spring sheet portion 44 can be firmly connected to the bearing portion 43 to avoid misalignment of the spring sheet portion 44 and the bearing portion 43.
[0085] Further optionally, when the bearing portion 43 and the spring portion 44 are separate structures, and the number of the spring portion 44 is multiple, the multiple spring portion 44 can be independently provided or integrated, and the present application does not limit this.
[0086] Optionally, in the schematic diagram of this embodiment, the number of the connecting parts 45 is four as an example, wherein two of the connecting parts 45 are spaced apart and arranged opposite to each other, and the other two connecting parts 45 are arranged crosswise, thereby further improving the connection stability of the connecting parts 45. The two crosswise connecting parts 45 are arranged adjacent to the central axis of the bearing part 43, thereby effectively improving the structural strength of the pressing tablet 40.
[0087] See also Fig.12 and Fig.13 , Fig.12 is a schematic diagram of the cross-sectional structure of the charger along line AA of the fourth embodiment of the present application, Fig.13 yes Fig.12 The partial enlarged structural diagram of the charger at position d is provided in FIG. The field effect tube 22 is arranged on a side of the circuit board 21 adjacent to the cooling assembly 10, and the pressing sheet 40 is arranged on a side of the circuit board 21 away from the field effect tube 22, and the orthographic projection of the pressing sheet 40 on the circuit board 21 at least covers the orthographic projection of the field effect tube 22 on the circuit board 21, and the pressing sheet 40 abuts against the surface of the circuit board 21 away from the field effect tube 22.
[0088] Specifically, the field effect transistor 22 can be mounted on the circuit board 21 in a top cooling packaging manner, that is, the field effect transistor 22 is arranged on a side of the circuit board 21 adjacent to the cooling assembly 10 .
[0089] Optionally, the pressing sheet 40 is arranged on a side of the circuit board 21 away from the field effect tube 22 and pressed against the circuit board 21. The pressing sheet 40 presses against the circuit board 21 so that the circuit board 21 and the field effect tube 22 can be well fitted with the cooling assembly 10.
[0090] Optionally, the pressing sheet 40 covers or partially covers the orthographic projection of the field effect tube 22 on the circuit board 21, so that the pressing sheet 40 can indirectly press the field effect tube 22 against the cooling component 10 by abutting against the surface of the circuit board 21 facing away from the field effect tube 22, thereby enabling the field effect tube 22 to have an efficient heat dissipation effect.
[0091] In this embodiment, the field effect tube 22 adopts the "TOP COOLING" packaging method. The field effect tube 22 is arranged on the side of the circuit board 21 adjacent to the cooling component 10. Compared with the traditional packaging method, the field effect tube 22 can be carried by the cooling component 10 and directly conduct heat to the cooling component 10, so that the heat dissipation efficiency of the field effect tube 22 is effectively improved. In addition, the use of this packaging method can also simplify the structural design of the power component 20 and reduce the heat generation of the circuit board 21, thereby greatly improving the power density of the power component 20 and the charger 1.
[0092] Please refer again Figure 6 The circuit board 21 includes a board body 211 and a first heat-conducting member 212 . The board body 211 has a through hole 2111 . The first heat-conducting member 212 is embedded in the through hole 2111 , and the first heat-conducting member 212 is disposed opposite to the field effect tube body 221 .
[0093] Optionally, the number of the through holes 2111 may be but is not limited to one, two, three, four, five, or other numbers, and the number of the through holes 2111 may be equal to the number of the field effect transistors 22 .
[0094] Optionally, the first heat conductor 212 is made of a copper block or other materials having heat and electrical conductivity functions. In this embodiment, the first heat conductor 212 is made of a copper block as an example.
[0095] Optionally, the first heat conductor 212 is directly opposite to the field effect tube body 221. In other words, the orthographic projection of the field effect tube body 221 on the circuit board 21 covers the cross-section of the first heat conductor 212, and the field effect tube body 221 can be arranged in contact with the first heat conductor 212, so that the first heat conductor 212 can conduct the heat generated by the field effect tube body 221 to the cooling assembly 10.
[0096] In this embodiment, the first heat conductor 212 is preferably a copper block, which is embedded in the through hole 2111 and arranged opposite to the field effect tube body 221. Under the action of the pressing sheet 40, the field effect tube body 221 can be well fitted with the copper block, so that not only the heat of the field effect tube body 221 can be quickly conducted to the cooling component 10, so that the field effect tube 22 and the circuit board 21 can both quickly dissipate heat, thereby improving the heat dissipation efficiency and power density of the power component 20, but also facilitating the design of multi-layer wiring of the circuit board 21, thereby making the application range of the circuit board 21 wider.
[0097] See also Figure 6 and Fig.14 , Fig.14 : is a three-dimensional exploded schematic diagram of the partial structure of the charger of the embodiment of the present application. The charger 1 also includes an insulating sheet 50 and a second heat-conducting member 60. The insulating sheet 50 is sandwiched between the power component 20 and the cooling component 10, and insulates the power component 20 from the cooling component 10. The insulating sheet 50 also has a first surface 51 and a second surface 52 that are arranged opposite to each other. The first surface 51 is arranged adjacent to the power component 20, and the second surface 52 is arranged adjacent to the cooling component 10. The second heat-conducting member 60 covers the first surface 51 and the second surface 52.
[0098] Optionally, the insulating sheet 50 is made of plastic, rubber, plastic, or other materials with insulating properties.
[0099] Optionally, the insulating sheet 50 is sandwiched between the power component 20 and the cooling component 10 to insulate the power component 20 from the cooling component 10, thereby preventing the power component 20 from directly contacting the cooling component 10 and causing a short circuit in the circuit board 21.
[0100] Preferably, the second heat-conducting member 60 is made of silicone grease, so that the second heat-conducting member 60 has both good heat conductivity and insulation properties.
[0101] In this embodiment, the second heat conductor 60 is coated on the first surface 51 and the second surface 52 of the insulating sheet 50, thereby effectively filling the gap between the insulating sheet 50 and the power component 20, and the gap between the insulating sheet 50 and the cooling component 10, so that the heat of the power component 20 can be more efficiently transferred to the cooling component 10, thereby ensuring that the power component 20 has good heat dissipation efficiency.
[0102] See also Fig.15 and Fig.16, Fig.15 is a schematic diagram of a three-dimensional exploded structure of a circuit board according to an embodiment of the present application, Fig.16 1 is a schematic diagram of the top view of the circuit board of the embodiment of the present application. The first heat-conducting member 212 has a third surface 2121 disposed adjacent to the field effect tube body 221 and a fourth surface 2122 disposed adjacent to the cooling assembly 10. The solder resist body 2141 is disposed in contact with the circuit board 21, and the mesh portion 2142 is disposed on the surface of the welding member 213 away from the first heat-conducting member 212.
[0103] Optionally, the welding member 213 is solder, and the solder is respectively disposed on a third surface 2121 of the first heat conductive member 212 adjacent to the field effect tube body 221 and a fourth surface 2122 of the first heat conductive member 212 adjacent to the cooling assembly 10 .
[0104] Optionally, the solder resist 214 is solder resist ink, and the solder resist 214 includes but is not limited to being prepared on a side of the circuit board 21 adjacent to the field effect transistor 22 through a printing process.
[0105] Optionally, the solder resist body 2141 includes a solder resist body 2141 and a grid portion 2142 that are connected, and the grid portion 2142 is disposed opposite to the welding piece 213 .
[0106] It can be understood that, during the reflow soldering of the field effect tube 22, more pores are easily generated between the field effect tube 22 and the first heat conductor 212, thereby affecting the heat dissipation efficiency of the field effect tube 22. In this embodiment, by arranging the assembly welding part on the surface of the circuit board 21, and the mesh part 2142 is arranged on the surface of the welding part 213 away from the first heat conductor 212, when the field effect tube 22 is reflow soldered, the solder can be discharged through the mesh part 2142, thereby effectively reducing the pores generated inside the welding part 213, and further allowing the field effect tube 22 and the first heat conductor 212 to have a high heat conduction efficiency.

[0108] Optionally, the shell 31 is disposed on a side of the cover plate 30 adjacent to the power assembly 20 , and the shell 31 abuts against the cover plate 30 , thereby forming a receiving space 32 together with the cover plate 30 .
[0109] Optionally, the shell 31 is connected to the cooling assembly 10 , and the cooling assembly 10 can also be processed using the shell 31 .

[0111] Optionally, the control module 90 is stacked on the filter module 70 and the low-pressure module 80. In other words, the control module 90 is arranged on a side of the filter module 70 and the low-pressure module 80 adjacent to the cover plate 30, and the orthographic projection of the control module 90 on the shell 31 at least partially covers the orthographic projection of the filter module 70 and the low-pressure module 80 on the shell 31.
[0112] Optionally, the shell 31 separates the filter module 70 and the low-pressure module 80. It can be understood that part of the shell 31 divides the receiving space 32 into a plurality of receiving chambers. And because there is electromagnetic interference between the modules, the charger 1 uses the housing 31 to separate the filter module 70 and the low-voltage module 80, and performs electromagnetic shielding between the modules, so that the charger 1 meets a higher level of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements.
