light spot array. The device for generating the one-dimensional
light spot array comprises a
laser module for generating a plurality of
first light beams with different wavelengths, wherein the positions of any two
first light beams with different wavelengths have mutual injection phenomena, and the positions of any two
first light beams with different wavelengths also generate mutual injection light beams; a transmission
grating for synthesizing the plurality of first light beams with different wavelengths into a target
light beam and transmitting the mutual injection light beams; an
external cavity mirror for reflecting a part of the target
light beam and transmitting another part of the target
light beam, and for reflecting a part of the mutual injection light beams and transmitting another part of the mutual injection light beams; and a first lens for focusing the transmitted target light beam and the transmitted mutual injection light beam to form discrete light spots arranged in an array along a first direction. The application can generate a one-dimensional light spot array with uniform
energy distribution and uniform light spot size, and the cost is low.
