The invention discloses a high-precision pendulum bob field intensity type inclinometry system for monitoring and a method. The system comprises a first magnetic sensor, a second magnetic sensor, a fixing point, a pendulum line, a pendulum bob, an electromagnetic coil and a power supply, wherein the pendulum bob is connected with the fixing point through the pendulum line; the electromagnetic coilis arranged on the pendulum line; when the system is kept upright, the first magnetic sensor and the second magnetic sensor are respectively fixed on two sides of the electromagnetic coil, and the power supply is connected with the first magnetic sensor, the second magnetic sensor and the electromagnetic coil respectively. According to the system, an inclination angle is calculated according to variation of relative spaces between the electromagnetic coil and the magnetic sensors on two sides along with dip angles, the system is simple in structure, the measurement precision of the magnetic sensors is not highly required, and the measurement result consistency is ensured; meanwhile swinging resistance can be also reduced through the pendulum bob and the pendulum line, the measurement precision is improved, and the hardware cost is reduced. The high-precision pendulum bob field intensity type inclinometry system for monitoring and the method can be widely applied to field of engineering detection.
