The application provides a control method of an
air conditioning unit and the
air conditioning unit. The
air conditioning unit has multiple air outlets. A cabin is divided into multiple areas from top to bottom. Each area is connected with at least one air outlet. The control method comprises the following steps: when the temperature or
humidity of the cabin does not meet the use requirement, the target temperature or target
humidity of the middle area of the cabin is adjusted, and the target temperature or target
humidity of other areas is set by compensation based on the target temperature or target humidity of the middle area; and the air
valve opening degree of each area is controlled so that the temperature detected by each area is close to or equal to the target temperature. The cabin is divided into multiple areas, and air supply control is performed on each area, so that the
temperature control in the cabin is more accurate. The temperature on the air outlet side of the condenser and the humidity on the air outlet side of the
evaporator are corrected, and the temperature and humidity control efficiency of the unit is improved.
