The invention presents a method of removing irrespective images based on a plurality of photographs, which utilizes complementary information in a plurality of photographs shot by users to remove irrespective images in the photographs, and can restore the real situation of the background shaded by tourists so as to keep the authenticity of the content of the photograph background. The users only need to specify a window containing irrespective images in a photograph, the invention can automatically search alternative windows matched with the window in a plurality of photographs with computer vision technique, and automatically carries out geometric transformation for the alternative windows so as to causes them to be exactly matched with the background around the irrespective image in the original photograph.
