Problems solved by technology

In Europe, the SCM (Spatial Channel Model) and SCME (Spatial Channel Model Extension) models developed by 3GPP (The 3rd Generation Partnership Project) and the WIM (WINNER Interim Model) model proposed by WINNER (Wireless World Initiative New Radio) include The spatial information of the channel, the channel is modeled as consisting of multiple clusters with angular expansion, but in order to simplify the model, these clusters have no delay expansion, which will make the model unable to correctly reflect the nature of signal propagation in the actual channel
[0006] In summary, the broadband channel parameter extraction method in the prior art has high complexity, slow convergence speed, and low precision; the broadband channel modeling method in the prior art cannot truly and accurately reflect the characteristics of the actual propagation environment

Embodiment Construction

[0025] The embodiment of the present invention proposes a method of using channel parameters to simulate a channel to obtain a channel model, which provides a true and reliable simulation platform for various physical layer technologies and upper layer technologies.

[0026] The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0027] In the embodiment of the present invention, after channel parameter extraction is performed on each sub-channel, channel modeling can be performed according to the extracted actual channel parameters. The process of channel modeling can be as figure 1 Shown.

[0028] See figure 1 , Is a schematic diagram of the flow of channel modeling according to the extracted channel parameters in the embodiment of the present invention. In the channel modeling process in this embodiment, clusters are identified and the inter-cluster parameters and intra-cluster parameters are counted according ...

Abstract

The present invention discloses a wideband channel simulating method and device thereof. The method for extracting the wideband channel parameter according to the invention comprises the following procedures: extracting the wideband channel parameter; synchronizing the channel with similar time delay and angle to a cluster according to the extracted channel parameter; counting the inter-cluster parameter comprising the time delay and angle distribution of cluster; and counting the intra-cluster parameter comprising the power of the inside diameter of the cluster, the time delay and angle distribution relative to the average value of the cluster. The method and device according to the invention use the extracted signal channel parameter for simulating the signal channel. The characteristic of the real transmitting environment can be really and accurately reflected. Furthermore the method provided by the invention has a low complexity for realizing.

Description

[0001] The patent application file of the present invention is a divisional application of the invention patent application file whose application date is 2007-11-02, application number is 200710176789.6, and the invention title is "Wideband Channel Parameter Extraction Method, Broadband Channel Simulation Method and Device". Technical field [0002] The present invention relates to the field of wireless communication, in particular to a method and device for emulating a broadband channel. Background technique [0003] In order to meet the business needs of the next generation wireless communication system to provide high data rates (100Mbps ~ 1Gbps), the bandwidth of the system will be expanded to 20MHz ~ 100MHz. The increase in signal bandwidth increases the number of separable multipaths in the system, which poses new challenges for wireless systems that will be applied to such broadband channels. Therefore, only after fully researching and understanding the broadband channel c...
