The method includes steps as follows: a first processing unit sends an increment data packet information to a second processing unit after detecting data change needing synchronization function block, the increment data packet information contains a first increment data packet and a first increment data packet sequence number corresponding to the increment data packet, and the first processing unit sends an increment data packet sequence number information containing the second increment data packet sequence number to a second processing unit periodically; the second processing unit sends the information requesting synchrodata to the first processing unit when at least one of two conditions occurs that the first increment data packet sequence number carried by the increment data packet received by the second processing unit and the third increment data packet sequence number kept by the second processing unit are discontinuously, or the second increment data packet sequence number received by the second processing unit is not equal to the third increment data packet sequence number kept by the second processing unit.
