In the door structure for vehicle, a door lining (20) is covered on the surface (71) of the vehicle room side of a door panel (70) for a vehicle door (10), and the door lining is equipped with a internal handle unit (40) for opening and closing the door. The internal handle unit includes a vehicle door handle (41) for opening and closing the vehicle door from the vehicle room side and a handle box (42) for containing the vehicle door handle. The door lining has an opening part (21) for placing the internal handle unit handle. The inner surface (22) of the door lining is equipped with a guiding part (80R), which is used for guiding the handle box when mounting handle box onto the opening part, thereby causing the handle box to slide along the inner surface to the opening part.
