The system comprises the DVI video processor and a player, a DVI output of the player is used as an input of the video processor, the player and the video processor are communicated through a serial port, and a random number generator is built in the video processor. The realization method of the invention comprises the following steps: (1) initiating; (2) generating a new encryption key by the system;(3) waiting encryption result input; (4) waiting overtime, if overtime, stopping using DVI output if the DVI is started, otherwise, entering the next step; and (5) starting the DVI output if the DVI output is not started.
