Abstract

The invention provides method and device for allocating and delivering an MCH (Multi-cast Channel) physical resource. The method comprises the following steps of: determining the allocation of an MCH physical resource occupied by an MBMS (Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service) by an MCE (MBMS Coordination Entity), wherein the MCH physical resource comprises an MCH frequency domain resource and an MCH time domain resource; and sending MCH physical resource allocation information indicating the MCH physical resource allocation to an eNB (evolved base station) through an M2 interface, wherein the MCE sends the MCH time domain resource allocation information which indicates the MCH time domain resource allocation and comprises radio frame circulation period information, radio frame bias information and sub-frame allocation information to the eNB through the M2 interface. The method and the device provide a specific resource allocation and delivery technical scheme of the MCH physical resource and perfect the operation mechanism of (multicast Broadcast Single frequency Network).
