In the invention, ultraviolet light entering the lamp cover is reflected back to the water body due to the adoption of the light reflecting component, therefore, the utilization ratio of the ultraviolet light is improved, and the ageing phenomenon of the baseplate due to the irradiation of the ultraviolet light is avoided; in addition, the light reflecting component is made of a material with better heat dissipation property and is in close contact with lamp bodies, therefore, a heat dissipation function is achieved.
