The formula of the environment-friendly anti-scaling nano-ceramic membrane coating contains the ingredients as follows: 15-65% of aluminum sol, 15-65% of silica sol, 4-20% of silane monomers, 3-27% of pigments, 3-27% of fillers and 5-25% of anti-settling agent. The preparation method includes the step as follows: respectively weighing aluminum sol, silane monomers, pigments, fillers and anti-settling agent in corresponding weight, and then conducting mixing, high-speed dispersion and grinding, wherein the ground mixture serves as component a; weighting silica sol in corresponding weight, wherein the silica sol serves as component b; and mixing the component a with the component b, and sanding and curing the mixture, thus obtaining the -ceramic membrane coating.
