By adopting the environment adaptive energy-saving street lamp provided by the invention, the street lamp can be automatically controlled to be turned on or off according to ambient brightness in the lighting area of the street lamp, and the illumination intensity can be automatically switched according to the noise condition produced by the movement of the pedestrians and vehicles, thus the safe and convenient requirement of the pedestrians and vehicles is not influenced while the aim of saving energy is achieved.
