Compared with the conventional universal frequency band terminal, the non-universal frequency band terminal designed in the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of flexibility and high development speed; the development cost of the non-universal frequency band terminal is effectively decreased; and terminal architectures with proper cost and proper power consumption are provided for low-capacity networks or private network markets, and proper terminals can be possible and convenient to promote rapidly in special frequency bands.
