Abstract

The invention relates to a real-time sucrose content detection method and device, and the method comprises the steps of placing an object to be detected in a high-frequency electromagnetic field and getting the sucrose content in the object to be detected according to the frequency change. A sucrose content detection sensor of the device is an excitation source circuit which can generate 600K-1MHz sine wave excitation signals, and the sucrose content detection sensor is connected with a data acquisition circuit and a micro-processor. The micro-processor stores a conversion program between sugar content and frequency change increment. The sensor approaches or contacts the outer skin of sugarcane and then the sucrose content in the detected object can be obtained. The device is further equipped with a solution sucrose content detection sensor which comprises an excitation source circuit capable of generating 1-6MHz sine wave excitation signals and a sucrose solution sample tube, and the sample tube is positioned at one end of an inductor coil of the excitation source circuit. The two sensors are connected with the data acquisition circuit via a two-way switch. The two-way switch is used for selecting the sensor to be used, and a selection button is used for selecting the detection mode of a function menu. All the parts of the device are mounted in a housing. By adopting the device and the method, the non-destructive real-time detection of sucrose content can be realized, the precision is high, the use is simple and convenient and the cost performance is high.
