Device 2 has a proximal end 4 and a distal end 6 . A flexible elongated shaft 8 extends between proximal and distal ends. The shaft comprises a flexible outer sleeve 10 and a flexible inner sleeve 12 . The inner and outer sleeves can eg be made of silicone rubber or PVC. The inner sleeve 12 is coaxial with the outer sleeve 10 and is able to slide in the lumen of the outer sleeve by pulling the proximal end of the inner sleeve 12 back immobilizing the proximal end of the outer sleeve. The inner surface of the outer sleeve and the outer surface of the inner sleeve can be lubricated, for example with Parelene, in order to facilitate the relative movement of the two sleeves.
