The movable parts are movably arranged in the state that the two inner peripheral surfaces are opposite to each other, and elastic force is applied on the movable parts towards the side of the fixed side half inner peripheral surfaces. The drink container is inserted into a recessed part delimited by two side walls so as maintain the holding state of the drink container by using the cup holder, thereby playing the effect of good convenience in use of the cup holder, especially at initial position of the movable side walls, namely in the unused state, the inner peripheral surface which is formed by the two side walls becomes a roughly circular continuous surface so as to be attractive in the appearance in unused state.
